You must enjoy being the life of the party, passionate about taking care of customers, and meet (or exceed) sales expectations. Be advised, knowing the gaming industry is a plus, but is NOT neccessary. You can always learn about the games, but what’s truly important is having an energetic and outgoing personality. Even though we are a premium gaming lounge, this does not mean you will be paid to play games all day! Each work day should be filled with energy and good times!
