When purchasing Game Time, everyone is given a basic free account that stores the person's name, contact information, and Game Time. When you sign up for a Membership your account is upgraded to Membership status, which gives you different perks depending on which Membership plan you have chosen.

How long does it last?
The length of the Membership depends on which PLAYlive you call your home store because different stores offer different Membership plans. Memberships typically last for a duration of 1 month starting from the day you sign up. At the end of the period, the card on file is automatically billed (if applicable) and the ammount due is processed electronically. If the Membership was paid for with cash, you must visit the store again to renew.
Do I have to use a credit/debit card?
Cash options are typically offered in place of a debit/credit card, however it depends on the store and what Membership plans are available.
What happens if I want to cancel or the Membership expires?
If you have an automatic recurring Membership then simply walk-in or call your local PLAYlive where the account is active and speak with staff to have the Membership cancelled. If your account expires or is cancelled for any reason (including declined transactions), your account will revert back to a basic free account and any remaining Game Time you have will remain available for future use at that location.
Can I use my Membership at other PLAYlive stores?
Currently all accounts (including Membership accounts) are only associated with the store where the account was made. This rule is intentional and is in place for security reasons to protect your account and personal information.Have a question you don't see listed? We're here to help! Discounted Game Time
Members receive more Game Time per dollar amount than guests. This amount may vary depending on location.
In-House Memory Card
Receive a personal memory card to store your game save data. Your memory card will remain on file in store to be used freely upon request. If a membership becomes inactive for any reason, the memory card may be purchased for $15.00
Members play without using any existing game time during the scheduled PLAY FREE time slots. See the Daily Specials page for an up-to-date schedule of PLAY FREE time slots. Time slots are subject to change, seating may be limited. Contact your local PLAYlive for details
Member Lounge Access
At every PALYlive there is a designated section reserved for Member use. In the event that all other game stations are unavailable, guests may also be sat in this section
In most situations, a member will be sat prior to guests. Also, in the occassion there are no available game stations, members will be given priority on a waiting list for the next available game station

To assist members in the difficult sections of certain games, or to simply maximize the gaming experience, PLAYlive provides Strategy Guides for in-store usage. Usage is subject to availibility per game title and location. See stores for accurate listings of available game strategy guides
