Customer Experience Specialist (CES): We are looking for someone who is an outgoing person, likes to interact and have fun with people of all ages, and must have a drive to succeed. This position is a very fun position with the majority of the time spent each day having fun with the customers and making sure every customer is treated like a “Very Important Person”.
PLAYlive Nation is a social gaming club and this requires that the Customer Experience Specialist create fun social experiences for each customer. These social experiences include, among other things, creating impromptu tournaments and competitions between customers, recognizing customer gaming achievements, throwing birthday parties, and other special events, including occasional late night and all night parties.
The Customer Experience Specialist will report to the Sales Manager and will assist in all aspects of the store that the store owner and corporate management team determine are necessary including brand management. The Customer Experience Specialist is a sales position and will be evaluated on primarily on their own sales performance and will be rewarded based on performance. The CES also will be evaluated on customer professionalism and communication with Sales Manager, owners and the corporate team.
Paid training is provided which consists of approximately 15 hours of online/webinar training. Please do not apply if you are looking for a j-o-b, we want someone who is motivated to succeed. PLAYlive Nation offers a competitive pay package based on experience. Previous retail experience preferred but not required. PLAYlive is an EOE.
Experience:
